Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between Sales/customer, Production, Quality Control, Shipping, and Finance to ensure customer questions are answered and sales requests are fulfilled in expeditious manner.

- Production sample order entry, Customer Order acknowledgement, order entry and communication of ship date commitments to customers.

- Maintain and update customer record profiles with price quotes, special order / packaging / shipping instructions. Assist sales and marketing as required.

- Re-acknowledge changes to the committed ship dates & process revised PO’s and update related personnel.

 

Qualifications:

- Good command of communication skill and customer service skill.

- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excell).

- Experience in a printing or label industry is a plus.

- English language proficiency is a plus.
